This Refund Policy describes under which conditions you may withdraw from a purchase or request a refund for LUMINA REVIVE when you buy directly from Chrexxonthor.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union and you purchase LUMINA REVIVE online or by other distance means, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the conditions laid down in applicable consumer protection laws.
The withdrawal period usually begins on the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly, for example by email, that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You are responsible for returning the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal. You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
We may reduce the refund amount to reflect any decrease in the value of the goods that results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. For food supplements such as LUMINA REVIVE, hygiene and safety rules may limit the possibility to accept returns of opened packaging, depending on local law.
